1、东方王谢涂料施工方案金科。东方王谢:外墙涂料 施工方案 ,一，工程概况 工程名称：金科.东方王榭112、9#住宅小区外墙涂料工程 工程地点：无锡市广益路 ,二，施工组织和管理 一、组织管理机构 根据本工程重要性我公司决定组织专门的项目部精心组织、精心施工确保本工程的质量、工期、安全作业、文明施工等目标得以全面落实。 附：项目经理部组织机构图 总经理周玉华 | 项目经理岳优娟 | 现场负责岳优娟 | - -|-|- 施工工长 质检员瞿志德 安全员涂虹雯 材料员张宏民 施工班组 ,三,施工工艺 一、对外墙的基面要求 a（基面用水泥砂浆抹平无坑洼、空鼓外墙抹灰保温基面质量应达国家标准脚手架洞口修补平

2、整，要做到大面平整阴阳角顺直 b(涂装时基面含水率小于10%PH值小于10。 C。 批刮腻子直至墙面达到国家抹灰标准。 二、工艺规范-主要施工方法及技术措施 1、配套方案： 本工程选用材料已充分考虑到环境对工程质量的影响特采用SKK系列涂料。这种涂料能较有效地抵制特殊地理环境给涂膜带来的不利影响并具有防霉抗藻、抗裂、防污、透气性好等功能。 2、施工工艺： ,1，基面检查：用2,直尺对保温面勘察详细记录平整度阴阳角顺直有无空鼓裂缝、预留孔洞及脚手架和上料洞口数量、堵洞抹灰质量、有无漏筋及数量、浮尘残浆面积、酸碱度、湿度等。 ，2,批刮腻子:如基面已达到SKK系列涂料对基面的要求则开始进行基面腻子

3、施工要求满批腻子直至大面平整阴阳角顺直打磨光滑。 ，3,对分层线条的处理底涂结束报验后先水平水管找准基准点弹好水平线从线下描黑漆滚涂时要求先粘贴美纹纸涂好后及时撕掉分层缝线条一致宽窄一致平直等。 ，4,滚涂弹性底漆1道：腻子完成报监理验收后进行底漆涂刷采用SP造型短毛滚筒滚涂涂布量为0.12?，?要求无漏涂。 ,5，滚涂SKK系列涂料2道，含中涂、面涂中涂拉毛则采用专用SP造型滚筒,：清除灰尘将中涂加水58%左右 搅拌均匀并滚涂于基面要求无泛碱咬色花纹均匀一致装饰线条分色处平直偏差不小于1？。 ,6，保护清理：由于涂料工程的施工在整个项目中基本属于最后一个分项为保护兄弟单位的成品需采取覆盖保护

4、措施清理污染部分每道工序间隔不少于2小时最终养护24小时。 3、技术措施: ，1, 大面积做涂料极易出现墙面花且不平整。对此我们建议采取四点技术措施: A、我公司派工程技术人员配合土建方验收基面抹灰与保温胶浆刮抹 B、按建筑造型在设计许可的前提下对大墙面进行分格处理 ，按阴阳角细分处理,。 C、批腻子打磨后严格按照工序间验收要求进行验收。 D、每个施工人员固定在一个或几个施工板块上统一收头到分隔 缝上。 ,2，预留孔洞的处理。为防止疤痕处理时应先使用砂浆抹实,不可高于平面，待其它干透后用专业外墙腻子抹平仔细打磨,特别应打磨好孔洞的周边,后先用底漆刷涂补疤处再进行大面处理。这一道工序的重点是：补

5、疤处的平整度、渗透率要与大面一致。 ,3,关于色彩交接部位。对于大面色彩交接部位严格进行保护好已 涂好部位然后涂刷另外色彩待涂刷干燥后撕除保护确保不发生咬色、混色产生. ，4,细部构造及处理的措施:外墙雨水管待外墙腻子、底漆、中涂后安装并采用滚筒涂刷阴阳角处用直尺检查其平整度。 三 (设备措施: 根据现场条件本工程底漆、中涂、面涂在架子上进行施工。 四、施工协调 1、施工前技术准备 ,1,认真查看现场提前参加现场协调会仔细分析影响本工程涂料施工的各方面不利因素提前做好预案补充到施工方案中去. ,2，提前与业主、监理及其它施工分项接触根据SKK系列涂料对基面的要求及工程实际情况会同各方对工作面进

6、行检查提出影响涂料施工的各方面问题书面提请业主协调解决. 2、工艺流程 ，SKK系列涂料 材料、设备及人员进场 | 基面清理、腻子两遍 | 底漆 | 中涂 | 面漆 | 修整及现场清理 五、质量控制 1、向甲方和监理提供材料质检报告和涂装施工方案，施工前试 做一小样颜色工艺经甲方和监理点评后方可开始涂装, 2、每一道工序做完后请甲方和监理检查合格后再做下一 道工序， 3、施工人员人手一册施工规范实行项目部和质检员两级检查 制度, 4、对不同类别材料分别涂上标识并分类妥善存放。 六、安全措施 1、 坚持安全第一预防为主的方针任何情况下不允许违章作 业, 2、 施工前由安全员会同工长对工人进行安全

7、技术交底, 3、 施工人员必须正确戴好安全帽扣好帽带,2，以上高空作业必须系好安全带挂好安全钩保险绳要求高挂低用任何情况下不允许违章作业 4、 注意爬架的施工安全， ，1，该工程采用爬架施工爬架提升完毕后, 应按照爬架操作规程。爬架不得超载使用, 不得在爬架上使用集中荷载。爬架的支架部分只能作为操作架, 不得作为外墙模板支模架禁止大模板放臵于爬架上. ，2，禁止下列违章作业: 大风天气时爬架局部应与建筑结构做临时拉接或者局部拆除部分安全网以减小风载，禁止向爬架操作层脚手板上倾倒施工渣土，爬架使用时禁止任何一方拆除爬架构配件。 ,3，施工班组每天进行一次安全教育。 七、技术力量 1、本工程拟投入

8、技术人员 ,1,项目经理 1人 ,2，技术员： 1人 ,3,质检员 1人 ，4，安全员 1人 2、主要劳动力计划 ,1,辅助工:2人 ,2,滚涂工人：10人 3、施工工期：约100个有效工作日，按甲方现场具体情况为准， 工期控制： 我单位积极配合各参建单位施工已保证工期的优化性外墙保温施工完成后大概3天后保温层干燥我方进行外墙涂料施工爬架搭设为4层楼层高进入施工后爬架每三天降一层我方会合理安利用保温施工完成后、爬架降的时间做好三者的衔接积极调整好人力、物力、财力的投入确保时间合理优化确保上述工期。 八、材料计划 1、为减少人力搬运材料材料采取分批订货方式按合同签订面积的比例一次性下订单分批进料
