23、师,提高学生自学能力为宗旨。经常听老师们说当老师累,课下备齐累, 课上组织课堂、 辅导学生累。我们为实现解放教师,提高学生的自学能力,在集体磨课, 减轻教师备课负担的基础上, 通过对远程教育组织高效课堂的观摩,加强学法指导, 调动学生自学的积极性主动性,真正把课堂还给学生。一点困惑教师在磨课活动中持续参与研究的主动性、积极性不是很高, 很多教师不能通过磨课活动将学到的教育理念纳入自己的认知结构,也不能自如地运用到日常教学上,以至最后对磨课失去兴趣,觉得磨课太“ 磨人” ,把磨课当成负担。活动反思活动反思经过研修, 我们真正的认识到和体会到学生是我们教学的主体,在教学中我们要充分的引导和调动学生
