It appears in our studies, our jobs, and even more daily lives. So learning to deal with stress properly is absolutely importan
2、t and necessary.As we all know, every coin has two sides. In my point of view, sometimes a certain amount of stress is good. It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness. While facing some over-stressed events such as the College Entrance Examination, you shouldnt be scared but confident.
3、 You can speak with yourself like this, Ill certainly win. When you feel that stress has done bad effects to our bodies and our work, it is necessary for us to find a method to get rid of the trouble. You can do more exercises, listening to some light music to relax and release part of your stress.
4、I consider chatting with your close friend or having a good cry is an effective way to relieve it. Whats the most still depends on yourself. Treat yourself in a proper mentality. According to scientific studies left-handed people can be good at sloving problems. Their reaction spe
10、ed and judgements is quite flexible and right. However, to most left-handed people, they are lack of sense of balance. They are likely to fall down. Especially in the car accident, left-handed people are more likely to have accidents than normal people.So when understanding the advantages and disadv

12、the laughter in it. Sometimes we are so confused about these when hearing some laughter without any fun. These originate from our understanding of humor.Like our Chinese, Id like to say that Chinese language have impact on humor to some extent. We can make humor with partial tone. For example, “气管炎”
13、 means“妻管严”. I believe the sense of humor come from the cultural knowledge. The wider your knowledge is, the more flexible your sense of humor will be.While facing the gap of understanding, we should learn more history of foreign countries and their ideas of education. Watching more TV series and international news can help us to know them better.
