3、and train team. Responsible for PL. Develop and implement operational strategies, operating and capital expense budgets to maximize growth and profitability. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to continuously improve quality, operational performance and reduce costs. Provides leadership and set standa

4、rds for performance in all areas of the MFE organization; periodically review reports on department performance, quality, cost and key business indicators. Develop and implement improvement plans when needed.
