2、al products 4. Good knowledge in springs or rubber products, better to have them together 5. Good knowledge in Improvement skills (e.g. 8D, 5Why, fishbone), P-FMEA, control plan, MSA, Cpk etc. 6. Interpret technical drawings and documentations 7. System, process audit, product audit Responsibilities

3、: 1. New supplier audit 2. Support FAI process to input the critical characteristic definition / inspection request definition / failure history etc. 3. Implement process audit for new product while FAI process 4. NCR handling on the complaint materials with professional improvement tools (e.g. 8D,

4、5why) 5. Implement annual audit for the mass-delivery supplier and product audit for the critical products 6. Monitor the supplier performance and lead supplier on the continuous improvement 7. Work with IQC to optimize the incoming inspection (e.g: inspection item definition, skip inspection) 8. Documentation management on the tasks 9. Deputy for the colleagues within SQA team 10.
