12、社会经济发展和科技进行进步对在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线的高素质 劳动人才的要求，特别是随着市场经济结构的调整，模具加工行业正向着快速、经济、精密、智能等多元化方向发展， 这势必对我们的职业教育的专业建设与发展以及人才培养待方面提出了新的要求。因此，我们针对该专业面向的行业，广泛开展社会调查，了解企业对用人的建议、要求，调整专业方向，培养出适合行 业需要的人才。本次调研以区域经济和高新技术产业发展需求为目标，以行业企业对模具中职人才需求为立足点， 力求建立一个科学合理的、 系统完善的、 具有中职教育特 色的专业课程体系。基于应用性、实践性、综合性的原则，使毕业生既能掌握模具设计的专业理论知识

13、， 又要具备模具加工设备的操作、编程、维护与管理与模具 CAD/CAM软件应用等实际技术。 这就要求我们对模具企业职业岗位群、区域经济的发展和高新技术状况做出全面了解，以适应本土地区产业结构的调整，模具行业企业单位对人才的需求， 毕业生可持续发展的需要。 同时，模具设计与制造专业还将考虑深入加强校企合作、系统开发人才培养新途径， 促进该专业学生职业能力的形成，使毕业生真正具备复合型人才的特色。二、模具行业中应用型人才需求调查 我们走访对象主要是烟台和东营地区毕业生比较集中的几家企业，分别与人 事部分的负责人、模具加工车间主任、技术人员、操作工人，以及本地毕业生等 不同层次的人员接触； 通过这些

26、面的内容来开展，一是模具专业的毕业生和毕业后主要从事的岗位群，二是完成这些岗位群的工作任务应具备哪些能力，三是模具加工行业的对人才新要求与课程的影响等。本专业必备掌握模具制造工艺与设计技术专业基础理论，具有较强的模具制 造和维修能力， 具有数控设备的编程、 操作、维护技能帷有专业技术的综合应用 能力和一定的工作创新精神， 适应生产、 管理、服务第一线需要的高等技术应用 型人才。1本专业毕业生主要从事模具设计与制造行业的模具加工、装配、维修试模工作，也能参与一般的模具制造行业的设计和试验工作，经过三年的学习和实训，按专门机构化的培养方向分别担任任以下岗位群的工作：（1）模具制造的数控加工人员；（

40、机械制图绘图和识图能力、 确定热处理方法及金 属材料选择能力、 使用机械设备及加工能力、 强度校核能力、 塑料材料识别及合 理选择能力等， 都属于从事模具设计与制造行业各类基层技术人员、数控加工人 员、机加工人员所应具备的共同能力。专业实践能力应该加强。 如模具设计能力、 模具拆装、装配能力及数控编程、模具加工能力、塑料制品成型能力、使用塑料设备加工能力等。通过调查统计，企业对学生在识图、加工工艺、公差配合与测量技术及模具基本知识方面的能力普遍具有较高的要求，其次是机械基础、金属材料与热处理、数控编程基础等方面的能力要求，再次之是对 CAD 、Pro/E 软件使用能力的要 求。3开发符合现代教

41、育需要的课程 由于近年来，模具及模具加工设备发展迅速，加工中普遍使用数控电火花机 加工机床、数控车削、数控铣削机床等先进高速加工设备，因此，在课程开发上 应注意跟上行业发展的要求。 如增加模具数控加工技术、 模具数控加工技术实训、模具制造技术及实训、模具拆装实训、计算机辅助制造等课程。四、结论及调研后对教学方面的建议 1调整该专业培养目标、模具设计与制造专业的综合能力 本专业培养目标：从事生产第一线模具技术性与制造；数控技术性与数控机 床操作的初级、中级技术型人才。具体应达到以下在求：1）专业知识要求：掌握机械制图与CAD 、机械基础、机械加工、公差配合与技术测量、 计算机操作等基础知识； 掌
