7、at:1、产品的制造厂已在本国政府主管机构取得相应的注册与营业执照； The manufacturer of the products specified herein are legally registered with and licensed by legal authorities.2、委托人提供的所有文件信息均真实可信；出口货物的制造厂与本协议中声明的制造厂一致； All the documents and materials provided by the Applicant are authentic and accurate; the products to be expor

8、ted hereunder are produced by the same Manufacturer as stated herein.3、出口货物以及产品符合相关的标准，且符合其他适用于出口国所需的规范性文件的要求；The commodities and products to be exported hereunder conform to applicable standards and meet the requirements of other regulatory documents on the products intended to be exported。4、出口货物与委

9、托人提供的测试报告中检测合格的样品标志、结构、零部件以及材料一致； The commodities to be exported hereunder have consistent marking, structures, components and materials with those of the qualified samples mentioned in the test reports provided by the Applicant.如以上承诺与事实不符造成任何不良后果，或对威凯公司/第三方造成损害或经济损失，由委托人承担全部责任并负责赔偿。The Applicant sh

10、all assume full liabilities and indemnities for any consequences or damages or economic losses to CVC or any third parties incurred by any breach of the above undertakings made by the Applicant.威凯公司承诺 CVC undertakes that:1、除按照法规或应政府主管机构的要求向主管机构提供相关信息外，未经委托人书面同意，应对委托方提供的文件信息严格保密； CVC shall keep stric

11、tly confidential all the documents and materials provide by the Applicant unless written consent for disclosure is given by the Applicant, except as required by government authorities or under applicable laws and regulations to provide relative information thereto.2、威凯的所有证书均按相关主管机构的规章制度如实出具。如确因威凯的失误

12、而给委托人造成损失，威凯负责支付委托人所付认证费用五倍以下的经济赔偿。Each certificate issued by CVC in response to this Agreement is issued in good faith and within the regulatory framework of the competent related Authorities. In case any damage or loss to the applicant caused by the mistake of CVC is confirmed, CVC will compensate

13、 to the applicant upmost 5 times of the certification charge. 本协议应由委托人以及威凯公司双方代表签字并加盖公章This Agreement shall be affixed with signatures of representatives and company seals of both the Applicant and CVC.出口商/进口商与威凯对本申请包含的认证过程如有任何争议，应友好协商解决。Any conflict or dispute between the exporter/importer and CVC

26、equired), including provision for examining documentation and records, and access to the relevant equipment, location(s), area(s), personnel, and clients subcontractors;b) 投诉的调查；/investigation of complaints;c) 适用时，观察员的参与。/the participation of observers, if applicable;4) 认证声明应当与其通过的认证范围一致；/we underta

27、ke to make claims regarding certification consistent with the scope of certification;5) 客户不得以损害威凯CVC声誉的方式使用产品认证的结果，不得做出使威凯CVC认为可能误导或未经授权的有关产品认证的声明；/we undertake not to use our product certification in such a manner as to bring CVC into disrepute and do not make any statement regarding its product ce

28、rtification that CVC may consider misleading or unauthorized;6) 当认证处于暂停、撤销或终止状态时，停止使用包含产品认证内容的所有广告，采取认证方案要求的措施（如交回认证文件）以及其他需要的措施；/upon suspension, withdrawal, or termination of certification, we undertake to discontinue the use of all advertising matter that contains any reference thereto and takes

29、action as required by the certification scheme (e.g. the return of certification documents) and take any other required measure;7) 如果将认证文件的副本提供给其他人，文件应被完整地复制或者按照认证方案的规定复制；/if we provide copies of the certification documents to others, we reproduce the documents in their entirety or as specified in t

30、he certification scheme;8) 在文件、宣传册或广告等传播媒介中涉及到产品认证内容时，遵守威凯CVC的要求或认证方案的规定；/in making reference to our product certification in communication media such as documents, brochures or advertising, we complies with the requirements of CVC or as specified by the certification scheme;9) 遵守与符合性标志的使用（可能在认证方案中规

31、定的）和产品相关信息的任何要求；/we comply with any requirements that may be prescribed in the certification scheme relating to the use of marks of conformity, and on information related to the product;10) 保存已知的与认证要求符合性有关的所有投诉记录，并在威凯CVC要求时提供，以及：/we undertake to keep a record of all complaints made known to it relat

32、ing to compliance with certification requirements and makes these records available to CVC when requested, and：a) 对这些投诉以及在产品中发现的影响认证要求符合性的任何缺陷，采取适当的措施；/takes appropriate action with respect to such complaints and any deficiencies found in products that affect compliance with the requirements for cer
