Homework5.情景模拟及角色扮演:(30分钟)学习情境及角色介绍:你是一家公司的外贸部经理,与你公司有贸易往来的加拿大ASC公司贸易代表威尔森女士将于近日抵达你所在的城市,与你进行贸易洽谈,请安排好相关工作人员到机场迎接并帮助办理酒店入住。情景模拟及角色扮演:根据这节课的学

18、习情境,教师将五家公司进行任务划分,其中一家公司为来访公司,其余四家为接待公司,分别要求他们按照正确的流程完成接机及办理酒店入住流程。要求语言得体,沟通得当,工具选择正确,展现良好的团队协作能力和跨文化交际能力。(注:教师会为学生提前准备好接机牌、鲜花、房卡等工具供学生选择。)评价及总结(18分钟)在整个情景模拟过程中,教师进行监控、引导、督促和鼓励,让学生成为课堂的主角。最后进行组内自评和组组互评,找出各自的优缺点,由教师对各小组进行点评,作总结性评价。之后进行此学习情境的小结,完成本学习情境的学习。布置作业(1分30秒)复习思考设计:1. How to meet guests at the

20、性网站教学后记(内容、方法、资源等):本节课教学内容主要为商务接机和酒店入住的流程及其相关英文表达,使学生能够用英语流利地与到达机场的外商交流、问候,并帮助外商入住酒店,能够与外商简单讨论今后几天的日程安排。主要采用了案例教学法、小组讨论法、角色扮演法和交际教学法,通过视频的直观展示,展开本节课的相关学习和讨论。此外,课堂上充分利用了多媒体教室,展示教学课件,并准备了教学任务需要的相关道具。从本堂课的整体教学来看,学生课上表现活跃,整体参与度较高,对视听教学内容表现出浓厚的学习兴趣,完全达到了本节课预期的教学目标与教学效果。但也在实际的教学过程中,发现需要进一步改进的地方,如由于教学时间有限,不能使每位同学得以充分表达和锻炼,而且由于部分英文表达类似导致,部分同学还存在着对接机和入住酒店流程中所使用的英语表达的混淆。针对此类问题和不足,我会在今后的教学中,通过适当地减少教学环节,提前布置作业,拆分教学任务等形式,解决学生个人表达时间不足的问题,对于知识点掌握不牢的问题,我会在下一节课温故而知新,继续强化学习,使学生熟练掌握本部分的知识点。此外,需要教师和学生在课下进行及时沟通,了解学生眼中的困惑和难点,再利用课余时间进一步辅导学生学习,鼓励学生进行相关的实践锻炼,以达到学以致用。
