1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流钢便桥施工方案(三明沙县大洲大桥).精品文档.三明沙县大洲大桥工程钢便桥 施 工 方 案一、 工程概况：略钢便桥的结构形式：钢便桥跨为：12m+2.5m上部结构：A、12m跨的主桁梁为贝雷桁架拼接组装而成 B、桥面板为装配式面板（4.5m1.26m）进行铺装。 C、桥面若需要做栏杆,采用50小钢管进行制作安装。下部结构：用3257mm和4267mm 钢管用振动锤振入冲刷线1.0m左右作为钢管桩支墩，两根管桩的间距为中对中2.5m，管顶在根据设计标高上用I28两根拼焊成横梁并焊在管桩顶上，管桩与管桩之间用10槽钢或70707的角钢作平撑与斜撑并

2、焊在管桩上形成整体的格构式钢桩支墩。二、施工准备：1、施工单位应提供三通一平的条件，特别是堆材料和加工场地。2、劳力组织：主管技术队长1人，电焊工4人，普工4人，吊车驾驶员1人（含开装载机），后勤管理2人（其中一人炊事员），安全看护1人。 3、机械材料的组织A、20T吊车一部。、50T装载机一部。、电动振动锤一台(击振力在30-32T之间)并配上电动油泵一台。、直流电焊机2G-300 4部。、乙炔氧气3-4套。、各种小型工具和易耗材料如焊条、乙炔氧气等。 B、材料:贝雷桁架约320片,桥面板约166块,支撑架约180片, 3257mm和4267mm 钢管约1260米, I28工字钢约600米,

3、 10或12槽钢约900米,支撑架螺栓约需500套,贝雷销子约640只(由于钻机平台设计未定,所以以上材料只限于钢便桥)各种材料只能陆续到位。 4、施工程序： A、钢便桥采用上承式的施工方式（便于钻机平台的施工操作） B、加工制作，根据施工需要和现场材料情况进行拼焊和焊接，质量必须达到规范要求。 C、钢管插振前的准备 、检查好各种机械性能和运转情况，检查所有有关电力电路及各种开关的安全性和运转的正常性。 、把材料运送到打桩的位置。 、吊车就位，各技术工人也须到位，然后由小队长统一指挥。三、工作流程： A、吊车就位,启动升臂，竖立钢管，吊上振动锤。 B、开启油泵使振动锤夹紧钢管，吊臂旋转到测量好

4、的位置，直放插入河床。 C、开动振动锤电源，利用振动锤的振力钢管振插到持层力为止，接着进行第二和第三根的振插，当三根管桩的水平定好后，接着应焊好平斜撑并上好横梁的工字钢与三根钢管桩连成一体。 D、第一次须打完两个支墩，在支墩横梁上安好贝雷桁架，铺装好桥面板，就完成第一跨。第二跨按第一跨施工方式进行施工(即完成一个支墩钢管桩，即搭架一跨钢便桥，用此方式组织施工直至全桥完成。在桩基部位应把便桥加宽到6.0m，长为12-15 m。四、安全措施A、安全生产措施： “安全为了生产，生产必须安全”这个口号必须贯穿到每个施工程序中去，落实在各个施工环节中。1、 首先必须贯彻以防为主，以人为本，要让每个员工心

5、中有安全观念，在各生产工序的操作都须按安全操作规范进行操作施工。2、 电源必须做好防漏电措施。3、 操作人员必须配备各种安全劳动保护用品。4、 吊车吊重物时要有专人负责安全工作指挥，严禁吊车吊重物下站人或过人。5、 发生安全事故时，应立即停工检查，找出原因，总结教训并做好整改工作。B、钢便桥与平台的安全保证措施:通过对钢便桥的各受力构件的理论验算分析，显示出来的数据说明了钢便桥的各部件（钢桥面板、贝雷桁架纵梁、管顶横梁及钢管桩）的受力完全符合设计规范要求，为了施工过程的绝对安全，我们施工过程采取一些加强措施：1、由于构造的需要我们原设计跨距是12米的三至五跨连续梁，实际施工只用11米左右的三跨

6、连续梁，但各种材料的质与量都没有改变，这就更提高了钢便桥的承载力和稳定性。 2、钢桥面板采用螺栓与纵梁紧扣联成一体，使整跨钢面板有着整体受力的作用，这种组装形式起到汽车行驶的安全并使承载力大大地加强。 3、贝雷纵梁是用角钢扣焊在工字钢横梁上，使纵梁的整体不产生移位，贝雷纵梁两组之间又用角钢横联成一体，这就保证了行车过程的安全性和整体纵梁跨同时受力，同时也提高整体纵梁的承载力。 4、钢管桩我们是按4根单桩受力进行计算，但实际施工中是把每个支墩的两排三根钢管桩用槽钢或角钢把钢管联成一体，形成格构式钢桩的整体受力，这样可使每个支墩的承载力提高25%（路桥施工计算手册P391-4.2.1），这更说明我

7、们设计的钢便桥支墩的承载力更强，稳定性更好。 5、桥面两侧加焊栏杆，增加了行人、行车的安全标志，同时也保证了安全措施。五、钢便桥各构件受力验算参考资料：公路桥涵钢结构及木结构设计规范 路桥施工计算手册 公路施工手册“桥涵”下册 装配式公路钢桥使用手册 钢结构设计原理1、 桥面板I12与12抗弯抗剪强度验算：说明：桥面板如（图一）草图所示，由4根I12长4.5米和7道12每道长的总和98cm组焊成一块整体骨架，再贴焊上面板5.5mm的印花钢板，形成装配式（长4.5m, 宽1.0m，厚0.125m）的整体钢桥面板，设计依据：2、汽车冲击系数取=15/（37.5+L）=15/(37.5+12)=0.

8、33、桥面板的荷载自重：I12、12 q=4.5412.987kg/m+70.9812.06kg/m+0.0054.517850kg/m=233.8+83+176.6=493kg=4.93KN400KN汽车中后轮荷载：P2=1601.30.5=104KN4、桥面板I12与12弯应力及剪力计算a)当汽车荷载P2=104KN，作用在BC跨工字钢跨中时最不利荷载位置（见图二）计算简图如下：按三跨连续梁计算计算结果：RA=56.16KN，RB=133.12KN，RC=32.9KN，RD=0.0KNAB跨中弯距M=14.97KNmBC跨中弯距M=33.47KNmb)弯应力及其剪应力工字钢4 I12W=3

10、54.3312+147.466+147.464.6)12=184.59KNRB=164.66KN.跨中MC=831.9KNb) 人群荷载q=1.1KN/m跨中弯矩：M=PL2/8=0.51.1122/8=9.9KN/mc)“321”钢桥荷载跨中弯矩：M=ql2/8=0.59.23122/8=83.07KN/md)弯距合计:M=831.9+9.9+83.07=924.87KNM=788.220.9=1418.76KNm所以贝雷桁架纵向抗弯能力能满足规范要求。4、贝雷桁架抗剪切验算：当2作用在支点B时剪力最大见图五。 汽车总重450KN荷载RB=224.66KN 人群:R=0.5121.1/2=3

11、.3KN “321”钢桥荷载:R=0.5129.23/2=27.69KNQ=224.66+3.3+27.69=255.65KNQ=490.5KN(见装配式公路钢桥P57表5-6)所以贝雷桁架抗剪能力可满足规范要求.5、钢管桩顶横梁工字钢强度计算：A横梁承受贝雷桁架桥面及载重车辆的荷载，计算以钢桩和钢桩之间中外最不利的位置进行验算：由于钢便桥是用贝雷桁架连续三跨拼接成一体，所内力可按三跨连续梁进行计算：跨中跨矩M=924.870.274(三跨连续梁内力系数)=253.41KN=25.34T.B.以集中荷载换成均布荷载进行验算:钢便桥宽度4.5m按满布荷载计每m=25.34T/4.5=5.63T/

12、m2 I25a的荷载M=(Wa/1.3105) 2=(4021700/1.3105)2=25.34T/4.5=5.63T/m经过验算用2根I25a拼焊做横梁强度可以满足规范要求.C、支座剪应力验算：Q=N/A=(253.41103)/(248.5102) =26.13Mpa85Mpa(公式见公路桥涵钢结构及木结构设计规范P4P7)七、钢管桩受力验算：钢管桩支墩是采用二根或三根一排，每个支墩是用四根或六根4266mm钢管桩插打成两排钢桩支墩（如示意图六），并把两排钢管桩用10槽钢作斜撑，焊成一个格构式整体支墩， （图六）因此钢桩顶受最大荷载N1=450KN(汽车荷载)+113KN(贝雷纵梁及桥面

13、板自重)+6.6KN(人员荷载)=569.6KN1.2（安全系数）=683.5KN钢管桩直径为4266mm截面积A=1316mm4=5264mm2=N/A=(683.5103)/5264=129.8Mpa140Mpa经验算满足要求。八、钢管桩的稳定验算： 1、按实轴（y-y轴）的稳定要求确定分肢截面尺寸如图六钢桩顶的最大荷载 N=683.5KN钢桩的两端按接 长 lox=loy=l=13000mm钢材为Q235，抗弯压f=200N/mm2 抗剪fy=115N/mm2钢管桩的长细比y=13000mm/426mm=30.52mm(由附表p类轴心受压构件的稳定系数查得=0.918)所需截面面积：A=

14、N/f=(683.5103)/0.918200=3723(mm2)所需回转半径：ry=loy/y=13000/30.5=426(mm)已知分肢4根或6根4266mm钢管，从焊接钢管附表查得4266mm钢管截面积A=13164(按4根验算)=5264 mm2回转半径ry =148.5mm 量性矩：I=174.6106cm4验算绕实轴稳定：y= loy/ ry =13000/426=30.52=150查附表:0.918，于是: N/a=(683.5103)/(0.9185264)=141.4(N/mm2)215(N/mm2)（满足要求）2、按绕虚轴（x-x轴）的稳定确定分肢轴线间距a（如图六）按等

15、稳定原则ox=y，求x和xoy=30.52分肢长细比1=0.5mnx=0.530.52=15.26取1=15x=（2y 21）=（30.522-152）=26.4mm 取27mmrx=lox/x=13000/27=500mma=2（2x 21）=2(5002-148.52)=955mmb=a+2zo=955+2250=1455mm 取1500mm1800mm验算虚轴稳定：缀条向净距lo1=1r1=15148.5=2228mm，采用2300mm 1=2300/148.5=15.5rx= （a/2）2 r21= (955/2)2-148.52=500(mm)x=13000/500=26ox=（2x

16、 +21）=(262+15.52)=30.3=150根据ox由附表查=0.930，于是N/A=（683.5103）/（0.9305264）=139.62（N/mm2）f=200N/mm2(满足要求)3、缀条设计：柱的剪力V=Af/85(fy/235)=264215)/85 1=13.32KN缀条确定10Aa1=1274mm2 rmm=142mm采用人字形单件系：=420分肢LO1=4000mm斜缀条长度：La=1800/sin420=2690mm 缀条内力验算： 一根缀条内力：Na1=V1/sin=6.7/sin420=10.02(KN)缀条1=La/rmin=2690/142=18.9415

17、0(满足要求)B类截面稳定系数：查表=0.973单面连接10槽钢按轴心受压杆计算稳定时,强度计算拆减系数=0.6+0.0015=0.6+0.001518.94=0.628=Na1/(A)=10.02/(0.6280.9735264)=31.2(N/mm2)4m按3500Kpa/m2）P=1/2（0.3251.17M50+0.0453500）=1/2550=275.3KN=27.5吨M=253.41KN由于一个支墩管桩由三根325钢桩组合可提高25%的承载力：（根据路桥施工手册的P391页4.21的单桩说明）所以一个支墩承载力=275.3KN31.25=1032.4KN924.87KNB、钢管桩

18、承载力及稳定性分析： 钢管桩按3257.5mm的钢管进行计算,根据地质情况和现场实际施工过程得出的实际数据为每根钢管桩的长度大约在14米至15米之间,进入河床线在8米至9米之间,管桩由于下部进入细沙层与河卵层在5米到6米之间,所以考虑的自由长度只在9米10米之间(10米计)1、验算其稳定： 截面最小回转半径：i=1/4D2+d2=1/40.3252+0.3112=0.11245m 杆件的长细比：10/0.1124588.9380见路桥施工计算手册表1220纵向弯曲系数：=3000/2=3000/（88.93）2=0.3793稳定验算：a=P/A=450/（0.04530.3793）=8788.

19、12KPa1.2a=14400Kpa 经验算说明3257mm的钢管桩，一支墩若用三根组成完全可以满足规范要求。钢管桩按6006mm的钢管进行施工，桩长按进入冲刷线到便桥下部底标高计总长为15米/根，每个支墩按两根钢桩计。2、验算钢管承载力和稳定性：a) 6006mm钢管的截面积:A=/4(D2d2)=0.7854(0.620.5882) 2=0.0224 m2 6006mm钢管桩尖的截面积:As=RL=RD2+d2=0.30.32+0.52=0.546 m26006mm钢管桩和桩尖的受力面积A=0.0224+0.546=0.5684 m2b)截面积最小回转半径：i=1/4D2+d2=1/40.
