2、理厂房、M9涂装、返修厂房。二、编制依据建筑地面设计规范（GB50037-96）混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）建筑地面工程施工及验收规范（GB50207-95）建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2001）三、施工准备1、材料准备、施工材料计划（特制刮杠、插入式振捣器、水准仪、木抹子、线绳、绝缘手套、自制耙子、等）四、设计工艺要求及材料要求1、 地坪基层及面层具体做法为：450厚3:7灰土；207mm厚C30砼，内掺乱撒搅拌钢纤维砼增强剂；5mm厚成品耐磨地坪面层上涂刷防油封闭剂。混凝土混合料的搅拌由于钢纤维两端带钩，容易在搅拌时结团或分布不均，进而影响工

3、程质量。所以确保合理的配合比和搅拌工艺是至关重要的混凝土面层水平度的控制地坪表面平整度误差要求较高，如何控制面层的平整度是施工的另一个重点。采用水准仪，建立方格测控网。确保地坪表面平整度误差在控制范围内。依建筑物结构基准墨线（如墙面50cm线），用水准仪在地坪浇筑区域内定出混凝土预定浇筑厚度，设置水平高程标记，并认真复核，控制最大凹凸偏差在3-6mm以内。2、钢纤维混凝土垫层施工（1）配合比设计水泥：采用普通硅酸盐水泥；碎石：碎石粒径不大于25mm，含泥量小于1%；砂：宜用中粗砂，细度模数2.53.0，含泥量小于2% ，不允许有任何杂物。钢纤维:长度60mm，直径0.75mm ; 单根钢丝最低

4、抗拉强度不小于1070MPa; 钢纤维用水溶性胶水胶水粘结成排，两端带钩，待砼搅拌时加入砼当中搅拌均匀后使用。每立方砼钢纤维掺量不少于25kg。 水：采用可饮用的自来水钢纤维砼垫层所用砼标号为C30，水灰比在0.5以下，砼现场坍落度要求务必一致，控制在12010mm。不得掺加早强剂或缓凝剂于砼中。砼运输时间不宜超过40分钟。（2）钢纤维混凝土的搅拌在拌合物中加入的钢纤维应充分分散均匀，才能在混凝土中起到增强作用，如果加入的钢纤维分散不均匀，会导致有的部位混凝土缺少钢纤维，有的部位钢纤维过多，这样不仅没起到增强作用，还会引起局部强度削弱，因此只有保证钢纤维在拌合料中分散均匀，分时间段分批次进行投

5、料，才能获得良好的增强效果。3、混凝土浇注 （1）混凝土浇筑前洒水使地基处于湿润状态。为减少泌水，应控制水灰比和坍落度，商品混凝土利用溜槽配合人工卸料，不宜采用泵送。砼必须连供应，严禁在现场往砼中加水。（2）混凝土尽可能一次浇筑至标高，局部未达到标高处利用混凝土料补齐并振捣，严禁使用砂浆修补。使用平板振捣器或插入式振动器振捣，并用特制的钢滚筒或木抹子多次反复滚压、搓压，柱、 边角等部位用木抹拍浆。混凝土刮平后水泥浆浮出表面至少3 mm厚。 （3）混凝土浇筑完毕，采用橡皮管或真空设备除泌水，重复两次以上后开始耐磨材料施工。4、耐磨地坪面层施工（1）耐磨地坪面层在砼浇筑结束大约在4-10小时后（根

6、据温度及基层砼的情况）对基层砼进行预处理（抽调多余的水及提浆），将拌合均匀的浆状材料，直接开包使用的粉状材料均匀摊铺在新鲜浇筑的基层砼表面，并刮平。（2）首先按地坪标高将耐磨浆料大致铺平，铺平时使用振动棒振捣，边角处加密振捣，铺平正道振捣完成的部位 立即用手动整平器进行整平，采用手动整平刮尺进行刮平，去除砼表面的浮游物，并再次提高表面的平整度，局部边角处由专人进行镘刀整平。（3）砼初凝后，用磨光机进行研磨提浆作业，待硬化至一定阶段（约2小时左右）再次用磨光机研磨，待硬化到一定程度，使用重载双盘磨光机进行表抛光，视砼的硬化情况调整调整磨光机的运转速度和角度。每步研磨和抛光作业保证至少两次以上。视

7、当日天气与环境情况和对表面光泽度的要求而定。柱子周边及边角区域的磨光用手工仔细进行。 （4）表面修饰及养护 墁光机作业后面层仍存在抹纹较凌乱，为消除抹纹最后采用薄钢抹子对面层进行有序、同向的人工压光，完成修饰工序。 耐磨地坪施工5-6小时后喷洒养护剂养护，用量为0.2升/m2。或面覆塑料薄膜防止引起开裂，耐磨地坪面层施工完成24小时后即可拆模，但应注意不得损伤地坪边缘。 5、防止地面裂缝由于厂房地坪浇注面积较大，地坪施工前，墙体一侧留置膨胀缝，施工时混凝土采用分仓浇注，钢纤维砼层宜以6米见方的区域跳仓浇筑，并结合厂房内建筑物及设备基础、沟道分布情况具体分仓，并设置纵横向缩缝，缝一般为平头缝。或

8、按日施工能力，且参照建筑建筑物墙位及柱距进行分仓。缝在面层上用弹性嵌缝材料填充密室。柱边菱形切割，每边长1米。减小了施工浇筑面积，从而降低了地面裂缝几率。养护、切割缝的时间及砼的塌落度的控制也是控制裂缝的有效方法。墙体一侧和设备基础四周设置膨胀缝，膨胀缝内填入聚苯板，板10-20mm，防止因温度变化因起混凝土变形受到阻碍。在地坪结束后，外墙下部用弧形塑胶踢板镶贴，刚好将此缝隐蔽，达到美观效果。在分仓混凝土浇注68天，并且其强度要达到12Mpa时切割缩缝。切割时沿纵向用切割机。切割应统一弹线，以确保切割缝整齐顺直，切割深度应至少为地坪厚度的1/3，填缝材料采用预先成型或切割的弹性材料。五、施工顺

9、序定位放线支侧模混凝土摊铺振捣粗刮细刮面层施工养护切缝1、定位放线及模板支护本次施工定位放线重点在于控制侧模的标高。2、 1.1按分仓浇注施工，先浇注的区域采用槽钢模板或木模板（背面用两根通常的方木加工而成作侧），在侧模下方做灰饼，间距不大于1500mm，支模时用水平仪严格控制模板顶标高。支侧模 根据布置好的区域进行模板安装，模板安装时采用水准仪和使用木楔在模板底部同时进行找平，待一跨模板支设完后，对模板的标高和直线度用仪器统一进行校核。为了保证混凝土水泥浆不流出，从模板的外侧用土进行挡住。采用4060的方木、L50x5的角钢和12mm厚木模板进行加工而成160mm高的侧模；侧模的支设先用经纬

10、仪在找平的砂浆上放线，并且在找平砂浆上用墨斗弹出侧模支设的边线；然后将加工好的侧模安装在分好的区域内进行加固，加固采用10的钢筋从两侧固定在灰土地面里进行加固，并且在模板的外侧每隔1米处用方木做成45角进行加固，模板内侧的钢筋露出灰土地面的部分为模板高度的一半，防止在切缝的时候遇到钢筋无法切割；最后在模板安装好的情况下用经纬仪进行校正模板的直线度，并且再次进行模板上平标高的控制，如果出现标高不能满足要求的需要重新进行处理，可以用木楔进行调节。 模板加工图2、浇筑顺序及振捣：浇筑顺序：由于钢纤维会阻碍混凝土的流动，因此钢纤维混凝土的振捣要比普通混凝土的振捣时间长，一般应为普通混凝土的1.5倍。将

11、混凝土振捣密实直至出浆。振捣时间不得过长，时间过长会使钢纤维积聚到底层。3、粗刮每跨混凝土振捣完毕后，用刮杠来回往返45次，达到上表面整平，布满原浆且粗骨料被挤压沉实到水泥混凝土中下部为止。并且每隔3-5米测量1次标高，误差控制在3mm以内。4、表面揉浆为确保上表面原浆厚度均匀，宜用200mm无缝钢管沿混凝土浇筑方向来回滚动，反复揉浆，作为整平工序的补充。5、细刮每条水泥混凝土揉浆完毕后，用铝合金刮杠和木抹子将混凝土表面混凝土浆抹平，达到上表面平整，有光泽。6、耐磨层施工本工程地坪面层由甲方指定的专业队伍施工，我方建议工序工艺如下1）第一次撒料（1）耐磨材料撒布的时机随气候、温度、混凝土配合比

12、等因素而变化。撒布过早会使耐磨材料沉入混凝土中而失去效果；撒布太晚混凝土已凝固，会失去粘结力，使耐磨材料无法与其结合而造成剥离。判别耐磨材料撒布时间的方法是脚踩其上，约下沉5mm时，即可开始第一次撒布施工。（2）墙、柱、门和模板等边线处水分消失较快，宜优先撒布施工，以防因失水而降低效果。（3）第一次撒布量是全部用量的2/3，拌合物应均匀落下，不能用力抛而致分离，撒布后即以木抹子抹平。耐磨材料吸收一定的水份后，再用墁刀机碾磨分散并与基层混凝土浆结合在一起。 2）次撒布耐磨材料及抹平、墁光（1）第二次撒布时，先用靠尺或平直刮杆衡量水平度，并调整第一次撒布不平处，第二次撒布方向应与第一次垂直。（2）

13、第二次撒布量为全部用量的1/3，撒布后立即抹平，墁光，并重复墁光机作业至少两次。墁光机作业时应纵横向交错进行，均匀有序，防止材料聚集。边角处用木抹子处理。（3）面层材料硬化至指压稍有下陷时，墁光机的转速及角度应视硬化情况调整，墁光机进行时应纵横交错3次以上。 8、养护待混凝土面层施工完后采用养护剂进行养护，塑料薄膜覆盖来控制混凝土自身水化热蒸发的水分流失，达到养护目的。9、割缝缩缝：包括分仓处的贯通缝和后切割的引导缝。为克服温度变化产生裂缝，需在已浇筑好的混凝土地面上垂直于混凝土浇筑方向用切割机切缝，切缝时间应从严掌握，过早切缝会使石子松动损坏缝的质量：过晚切缝困难，且缝两端易产生不规则开裂。

14、根据经验，在分仓混凝土浇注68天时开始切割缩缝。具体操作方法如下：每隔6m切割平头缝，形成6m6m缩缝。在拟切缝的水泥混凝土上弹出墨线，安好导轨导向架，将切缝机定位，开动切缝机，放水润滑，转动刀架手柄，缓慢进刀，使锯片首先达到设计缝深，然后旋紧螺丝，锁住丝杆并开动行走，从而形成150mm深、35mm宽缝。缝内嵌填柔性材料。六、成品保护1、混凝土在浇筑过程中要注意保护好预埋管和成形的设备基础，严禁践踏会破坏。浇筑中发现预埋管被破坏的要及时通知安装人员进行处理。在切缝的时候同样要注意保护预埋管和成形的设备基础，遇到有线管的地方切割的深度不能太深。2、预埋管出口在混凝土浇筑前，安装人员必须将其填堵好

15、，以免造成混凝土进入。3、地面养护时间不准上人，其他工种不得进入操作，不能上机械，由各单位工程的负责人监督。4、养护期过后，进行其它工作操作时，要注意成品地面的保护，严禁磕、砸，严禁在地面上直接和砂浆，水电安装工作时所用的门式架下面支脚用轮子或软布包好。需要钢管架时，钢管不要直接立在地坪上，应垫上木板，拆除时钢管不能直接往下扔，应随拆随拿走。七、安全与文明施工1、所有进入施工现场的人员必须戴安全帽。2、运送商品混凝土的罐车严禁进入施工过的地面（以免破坏混凝土的垫层，影响地坪的承载力）。3、C30混凝土浇筑后、硬化剂地坪前，严禁上人践踏和在混凝土上放置其它物品。4、硬化地坪施工过程中，所有用电设
