1、外国人商务签证及工作签证申请流程外国人租房子的常用英语 1. Do you want to buy or rent?你想买还是想租？一般walk in的外国客人很少想买，一般都是租的比较多，虽然这样，我们还是要礼貌地问一句：先生，你想买还是租呢？2. For how many people?How many people will live in the apartment?多少人住？这句可以问出他们大概要多少房多少厅的，有多少人合租？试探他们一下，外国人也会分摊房租，人多的话出的价钱也可能比较高。3. How many bedrooms do you need?想要多少房的？bedrooms

2、指的是睡房，其实就是我们中国人说的房间了，知道了客户的需求后就能找盘了。相关单词：bedroom 睡房living room 客厅4. What is your budget?How much would you like to offer for the rent?请问预算多少呢？/你想租多少钱的？相关单词：budget 预算5. Do you have any special requirement?有没有什么特殊要求？礼貌地问一下客人有没有什么特殊要求，因为有时一些客人是会有一些奇怪的要求的。一般这样问之后客人会告诉你他想要高楼层的，或是窗口对着山或花园的，或是其他的一些要求。6. We
