The treatmentmethod herein proposed is based on the membrane separation technology, which is the wor

12、ld s most advanced and hence more efficientsewage treatment technology. Membrane separation technology has the advantages of steadiness and efficiency in the system operation as well as ahigh performance-to-price ratio.In the proposed scheme, two treatment systems will be built each with a treatment

13、 capacity of 50m3/h.The proposed treatment process consists offourcomponents includingifibrous wadding filter, ii special resin adsorption column, iii ultrafiltration, and iv specific separation membrane. The power supply cable shall be pluged to our switchboard.2.5.2 Chemicals:Allthe consumptivechemical

25、s used duringadjustingperiods shall be supplied by the owner.2.5.3 Effluent piping: Feeding pumps are supplied by us, and the owner will take in charge thepiping from 1m distance to and out of the treatment facility s borderline.2.5.4 Supply scope: Piping and engineering devices between the cooling

28、ity data previously listed out.3.1.3 处理出水技术指标:见前页.Effluent water quality index is previously listed.3.2 工艺设计 Process Design3.2.1 工艺流程简介 Process Introduction :对比原水水质情形,工艺举荐挑选工艺成熟、操作便利、运行操作费用低地除盐水处理系统,采纳预处理 +超滤 +特种分别膜工艺 .水处理系统先用原水泵将原水送入纤维球过滤器,再经过特种树脂吸附柱,然后进入超滤装置,超滤出水投加阻垢剂,使预处理产水满意特种分别膜进水要求,并防止浓水在特种分别膜

29、地一侧结垢,再进特种分别膜系统除去盐分,使产水达到设计要求 .The feed water is firstpumped into the fibrouswadding filter,then through the special resin adsorption column, and then into the ultra-filtration device. Antiscalant is dosed into water flow afterultra-filtration to avoid precipitation and formation of deposits so that

Thus the the fluctuations of feed water fluxes can be regulated to avoid their impact on our system.Water level control devices are installed in the feed water tank. They are used to monitore thewater level in the feed water tank and to control the feed wate

36、r lifting pumps.3.3.2 浓水收集池 -反冲洗水池(业主自备或供应):收集特种分别膜浓水,用这部分水可以冲洗纤维球,节约运行费用.浓水池地容积建议选用100m3.Concentrated LiquorCollectingTankOwnerorRazan provides:Itis used tocollect concentrated liquor from specific membrane separation system. This part of concentrated liquorcan be used to wash the fibrous wadding f

The volume of concentrated liquor tank will be about 100m3.3.3.3 预处理反洗水泵:为过滤器反洗供应所需要稳固地水压和流量.Back-washing Pumps for pre-treatment: used to provide steady hydraulic pressure and flux for filters -bwaacskhing.3.3.4 原水增压泵:为后续设备供应正常工作所需要稳固地水压力和水流量.考虑该系统原水中含有杂质,系统选用东方泵业地增压泵,该泵具有运行稳固、平稳、噪音小等优点.Fee

38、d Water Lifting Pumps: used to provide steady hydraulic pressure and flux for following facilities. East pumps are adopted in this system. East pumps run steady and have little noise.3.3.5 预处理过滤器:纤维球过滤器( FWF )主要利用纤维球作为滤料,去除原水中地泥沙、悬浮物、胶体、油类等杂质,对原水进行初步净化,达到后续设备地进水要求 .多介质过滤器挑选较低地运行滤速,以降低进水地浊度并保证过滤出水污染指

39、数 SDI154.该滤料具有高弹性、间隙可变、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等特点 .在过滤过程中,滤层间隙率沿水流方向逐步变小,符合理想滤料上大下小地孔隙分布 .整台设备紧凑 .占地面积小 .构造合理,处理效率高 .过滤器工作一段时间后,其进出口压差增大,需要进行反洗,以复原滤料地过滤效果,反洗周期为 3-7 天.反洗时采纳气水反冲洗 .将滤料表面粘附地泥球杂志打散并剥落下欢迎下载精品学习资源来,然后用水冲走,提高过滤器地反洗成效.反洗过程准时间:第一步:松层5min 、其次步:排水 3min 、第三步:气擦洗5min 、第四步:气水反洗5min 、第五步:反洗20min 、第六步:正洗 10min.反洗以

41、on medium. It can remove bedloads, suspended solids, colloids and part of organics ; the feed SDI is also reduced and thus the feed water can meet the requirements for the following facilities.After a certain working period, the pressure gap of the wadding filters will increase, and the filters shou

42、ld be back-washed to regain better working efficiency for the fibrous wadding filters.Back-washing periods last 3 to 7 days. Back-washing process: loosing ; draining ; air washing ;air-water back-washing ; back-washing ; washing.In the present scheme, two fibrous wadding filters each with 2000mm-dia

43、meter and 50m3/h feed fluxwillbe used. Automaticallyor manually-controlledBurket pneumatic butterflyvalves will be mounted on the filters. This type of valve can switch between the states of back-washing,and washing and running.3.3.6 气源:采纳空压站气源,在多介质过滤器反洗时使用.Air Pressure Source: Air pressure will be

44、supplied by the air compressor, and will be used for fibrous wadding filters.3.3.7 特种树脂吸附柱:纤维球过滤器出水进入特种树脂吸附系统.因原水中含有肯定量地挥发酚、石油类以及其他有机物质,假如进入膜处理系统,会产生细菌滋长,因此需去除此类有机物质 .吸附树脂是一种不溶于酸、碱及各种有机溶剂地有机高分子聚合物吸附剂,应用大孔吸附树脂进行分别地技术是继离子交换树脂后地分别新技术之一.大孔吸附树脂地孔径与比表面积都比较大,在树脂内部具有三维空间立体孔结构,具有物理化学稳固性高、比表面积大、吸附容量大、挑选性好、吸附速
