1、2022贸易中介合同范本_合同范本 贸易中介合同范本贸易中介合同范本甲方 ( 代理方 ) ：乙方 ( 托付方 ) ：甲、乙双方本着同等互利、共同发展原则，经友好协商一样，乙方情愿托付甲方供应进出口货物报关托付书，并自愿达成如下协议：一、甲方接受乙方托付，供应进出口贸易代理服务，代理乙方从事进出口贸易及相关业务。二、甲方责任：供应报关托付书三、乙方责任：乙方负责与国外供货商联络，确定货物的规格、质量、数量和价格条件 ;担当进出口过程中发生的一切费用 ( 银行费用、换单费、保险费、报关报检费、检验检疫费、运输费、仓储费等 ) ，将上述款项干脆支付给相关收款单位或交给第三方代付 ;乙方应在接到关税和

2、海关代征增值税税票后按时向代收银行缴纳税款 ;如代理进出口商品属免税、 许可证商品，乙方负责办理相关的手续或证明，由此引起的一切责任和损失由乙方负担 ;遵守法律经营，不伪报、不满报，单单相符、单货相符、照实申报、1 / 9文章来源网络整理，仅供参考学习供应货物的真实状况，对于伪报商品名称、夹带私运物品、高值低报、少报通关数量等违反相关法律法规的行为， 乙方担当一切责任和后果，并赔偿给甲方造成的损失。四、在贸易合同执行中， 如因国外客户或乙方的缘由造成合同的变更、解除、终止或违反合同致使变更或终止本协议，甲方不担当责任，因甲方代理行为的过错造成的损失除外。五、甲方在执行本协议中，对于乙方或第三方
